Welcome to Terquaz! 

We at Terquaz aim to inspire future leaders and help Arab families live joyful lives that stay connected to their roots, culture, and faith.We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to read the following points in order to get the most benefit from our lessons and events.:

Class Etiquette:

  1. Keeping the camera on during class is essential for better communication between the teacher and students.
  2. It is important to wear appropriate clothing during the class.
  3. The student should be in a quiet room during the lesson.
  4. It is preferable to use a computer or tablet to attend the class.
  5. A strong and stable internet connection is necessary.
  6. Parents are not allowed to attend the lesson with the student but may watch the class recording afterward.
  7. Students must rename themselves with their full name upon joining Zoom to help the teacher identify them easily. 

Rescheduling or Canceling a session:

  1. If the student is in a group with no other students yet, they can benefit from one replacement session per month, as long as they notify us at least 8 hours before the scheduled lesson.
  2. For group classes, students can receive the class recording if they are unable to attend.
  3. Due to teachers’ busy schedules, Terquaz will propose one or two options for a make-up session in coordination with the teacher.
  4. If the student misses the make-up session, it will be counted as attended. 

Punctuality:

  1. Students must attend on time.
  2. The teacher will wait for up to 15 minutes.
  3. If the student does not attend, the class will be counted as completed.
  4. Terquaz reserves the right to cancel the student’s subscription in cases of repeated tardiness or frequent absences without a valid reason. 

Class Recordings:

  1. Classes are recorded for evaluation and improvement purposes.
  2. Recordings are shared only with parents whose children are enrolled in the class.
  3. No recording will be used for marketing purposes without the parents’ explicit consent.
  4. Recordings are kept for three months, after which they are deleted from the system. 

Subscription Renewal and Payment Method:

  1. Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month through direct withdrawal from the payment method to secure the student’s spot. You may request to stop the subscription anytime before the next renewal date.
  2. If the withdrawal fails, the invoice must be paid manually on time to ensure continuity.
  3. If payment is not made, the system will release the seat to a student on the waiting list after one week of non-payment. 

Subscription Pause or Cancellation:

  1. If you wish to pause your subscription temporarily, you may do so for up to one month while securing  your place in the group class.
  2. If you wish to cancel your subscription permanently, you can do so through the platform or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
  3. If you wish to reactivate your subscription, you can contact support, and we will inform you whether you can rejoin immediately or need to wait for availability in the class.
